Story:
Award : Etalon d'or de Yennega (Fespaco 2017) Félicité, a singer from Kinshasa, lives alone with Samo, her 16-year-old son. One day, the latter one has a serious motorcycle accident. To save him from a leg amputation, she embarks on a desperate quest through the city, its past, its dreams. She goes through her relationships to find the money necessary for the operation, and comes up against the harshness of the reactions of her acquaintances, who reveal through their actions the situation of a complex and paradoxical contemporary Congo.
